When these clients approached us with a tight budget and a limited timeframe, they were looking to turn their lakefront property into a successful Airbnb. They wanted a space that reflected the natural beauty of the location, while still feeling cozy and inviting. Working within their budget and timeline, we were able to create a beautiful and functional space with some modern interior design touches, that exceeded their expectations. By utilizing existing furniture and incorporating a rustic-chic aesthetic, we were able to give the space a sense of warmth and character. The end result was a quaint, comfortable space that guests adore and has helped the owners to achieve a high occupancy rate for their rental.
